Soldering
The Component
Objective:
1. To fix all component
2. To make a solar regulator function
3. To make a troubleshoot after finish all
procedure
Procedure:
1. All component that use ensured function
before soldering.
2. Punch holes in the circuit so that the
component can be matched
3. Right
match all component to the circuit following the schematic to the
each holes
that make.
4. Prepare
the tools needed to make the solder such as solder, lead
solder, lead sucker,
knife, and also multimeter
5. Enter into all the components to the
holes of each component.
6. Before soldering the components, make
sure the terminal and polarity
in proper condition
7. Soldering all the components one by one.
8. Make sure each component is connected to
the circuit
9. Because
the circuit has a close position make sure the connection of
the components in
short circuit
10. Use multimeter to make a testing
11. If there occur short circuit, broke and
check again by using multimeter
12. Solder the solar panel 7 volt
13. Before that check the voltage input from
solar panel.
14. Lastly solder the solar panel
15. Check the input voltage from the solar
panel. Before that put the solar
sun light
16. Check the voltage at variable resistor.
17. Check to the output voltage
• Result:
Input
Voltage : 6.1 volt
Voltage at
Variable Resistor : 4.84 volt
Voltage
Output : 1.76 volt
Analysis:
From the
output value we know that there have a problem output voltage. The variable
resistor has been set to the maximum angle. And the output value also shown the
same value. Know the common problem is the output value.
Conclusion:
All
connection of component must be check. The polarity of each component also must
be unsure. The voltage of each component must be check
